This morning Blake's Dad came and talked to us about the big fire at his work earlier this year.
He is the Health and Safety Officer at Flight Timber. We told him what to do if our fire bell rings. He said it is important that visitors and new children at our school know what to do if the fire bell rings and where our safe meeting place is. That is part of his job as Safety Officer.
He showed us amazing photos of the fire. Emily said that her Dad helped at the fire. He is a member of the Rural Fire Brigade.
