"Have a go athletics" at Riverlands
We had a great morning at school yesterday while the big kids were at their athletics day at Athletic Park. We have been learning the right techniques to help us run fast, jump high and long and throw far. We were lucky because Mr Paterson came and worked with Mrs Paterson to help us learn new skills. He will be proud of how well we did.
Thanks Mr Paterson.
We wrote these stories with Mrs Paterson and Mrs Boyce to show how we felt on the day.
I liked doing running because I was the fastest runner.I was happy because I was going to be the winner and I actually won.I felt proud.
